Our frame only dumbwaiter is the same as our standard dumbwaiter but does not have our patented shaft.  It comes in stackable sections and requires an exsisting shaft at the job site.   Place 1/2" OSB or 1/2"plywood on wall where dumbwaiter track & rail assembly will be installed to form a sheer wall then place 5/8 sheet rock over the OSB board or plywood. Installs in as little as 1 hour. Easy as one, two, three! Call for details.

Safety Features
Magnetic door switches are furnished to prevent machine from running if any door is not closed.  Machine will stop if any door is opened.
 
Door interlocks are available if required. ($125.00  to $175.00 each opening )
 
Key lock is available to lock machine when adults are not at home. ($25.00 each )
 
Dumbwaiter car can be manufactured to open on any 3 sides.
