In this picture the customer wanted a small dumbwaiter for his yacht.  Also see our Laundry Lift dumbwaiter for carrying laundry from floor to floor.

Our dumbwaiter has the motor and controls at the bottom of the unit.  But if you live in a flood zone or at the beach where flooding can be a problem we can put the motor the top unit.
This picture shows a remodel where the owner wanted a dumbwaiter to go from the garage to the living room so he could carry groceries and firewood upstairs.  He had limited space to fit the dumbwaiter because of the beam to the left and the wall to the right was at an odd angle.  Our standard dumbwaiter wouldn't fit but a custom dumbwaiter fit like a charm!

In this pictures we made a custom shaft because the foundation was in the way.  This gave the customer a standard size dumbwaiter even with the foundation in the way.
