out of Georgetown, California. With over 30 years manufacturing

Custom Dumbwaiters. Our goal is to provide our customers with

residential dumbwaiters that are affordable, reliable and easy to install.

American Dumbwaiter.com is owned and operated by LZT Enterprises,

located in Lahaina, Hawaii. LZT Enterprises is an authorized

distributor for PowerLift Corporation.

Power Lift Corporation is located in Georgetown, Ca. which is about 40 miles east of Sacramento, the State Capital of California.

Georgetown is a small town with a population of 4000 located in the Sierra Foothills.

This is the home of Mr. Ousmans, On April 29th 2006 at Approx. 6:30 in the morning his home was hit by a tornado that destroyed his house right up to were the dumbwaiter was in place. He Joked that He and his family crawled into the dumbwaiter shaft and were safe from the tornado. Hey Rick its to bad that the house was harmed, but at least you and your

family were not harmed.
